These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products offered through Sacred Soul Remedies at shop.sacredsoulhealth.net. By placing an order or using this shop, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Sacred Soul Remedies is the artisan and remedies shop of Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry, a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization based in Jonesborough, Tennessee. Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry is the legal entity operating this shop. Forge and Flow is the community programs and membership brand also operated by Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry at forgeandflow.org.

References to "we," "our," and "us" throughout these terms refer to Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry, operating as Sacred Soul Remedies.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through our Shopify shop at shop.sacredsoulhealth.net. Purchases made through other channels (such as Amazon, our membership platform, or direct consultation services) are governed by the terms of those respective platforms or service agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Products Covered

These terms apply to all products sold through Sacred Soul Remedies on Shopify, including:

  • Signed poetry chapbooks and bundled gift sets
  • Sacred Poetry Art Prints
  • Botanical aromatic aura mists, including the Blue Ray Temple Aura Mist

Product availability may change. Items shown on the Shopify shop at the time of your order are the items covered by these terms for that order.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept payment through the payment processors offered at checkout by Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

6. Title and Risk

Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. Once a package leaves our hands, transit risks are governed by our Shipping Policy, available at shop.sacredsoulhealth.net/policies/shipping-policy.

7. Botanical Aromatic Products: Acknowledgment

By ordering an aura mist or other botanical aromatic product from our shop, you acknowledge that:

  • These products are botanical aromatic mists made for personal and atmospheric use. They are not for ingestion.
  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not medical products.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchase.
  • You will not use these products if you have known allergies or sensitivities to any listed ingredient.
  • You will discontinue use if you experience any sensitivity reaction.
  • You will keep these products out of reach of children and pets.
  • You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition before introducing any new botanical product into your environment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content offered through Sacred Soul Remedies, including poems, illustrations, written copy, product names, brand identity, and any creative work shown on shop.sacredsoulhealth.net, is the intellectual property of Natalie Viglione or Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry, as applicable.

You may not reproduce, republish, repackage, teach, sell, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal sharing through quoting a few lines with attribution is welcome.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any product or content from Sacred Soul Remedies to:

  • Harm, harass, or mislead others
  • Make medical claims or represent yourself as a licensed healthcare practitioner based on having purchased our products
  • Reproduce or redistribute our content for commercial gain
  • Train artificial intelligence models or feed any AI system without written permission

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy, available at shop.sacredsoulhealth.net/policies/refund-policy. Please review that policy before placing your order. Different terms apply to signed poetry chapbooks, made-to-order art prints, stocked aura mists, herbal teas, and seasonal ceremonial blends.

11. Disclaimers

The products offered through Sacred Soul Remedies are physical artisan goods. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or experiences from their use. Each person's circumstances are unique.

Nothing sold through our shop replaces professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Please consult licensed professionals for those needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry, Sacred Soul Remedies, Natalie Viglione, Mark Viglione, and any team members or affiliated programs operating under Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry, including Forge and Flow, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at shop.sacredsoulhealth.net/policies/terms-of-service. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of our shop after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Tennessee.
