Sacred Soul Remedies is the artisan and remedies shop of Sacred Soul Health Trust and Ministry, a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization based in Jonesborough, Tennessee. Forge and Flow is the community programs and membership brand operating under the same ministry at forgeandflow.org. This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify shop at shop.sacredsoulhealth.net.
The items we offer are made by hand with care. This policy holds the exchange in clear terms so we both know what to expect.
Signed Poetry Chapbook
Because each copy of The Reclamation of All That Is Organic and Pure: Harmony Through the Blue Ray of Creation is personally signed by the author and prepared with care, signed copies are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect.
To cancel an order, contact us at team@sacredsoulhealth.net before the order is signed and packaged for shipment. Once signed and packaged, the order can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or defective copies will be replaced at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Flower Essence Products and Aura Mists
Stocked flower essence products and aura mists, including the Blue Ray Temple Aura Mist, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original sealed condition. The buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item, minus original shipping costs.
Once opened, these products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.
Herbal Teas and Seasonal Ceremonial Blends
Stocked herbal teas and seasonal ceremonial blends may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original sealed condition. The buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item, minus original shipping costs.
Once opened, these products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or wrong-product replacements follow the same terms as flower essence products above
Sacred Poetry Art Prints
Sacred Poetry Art Prints are made-to-order and non-returnable except in cases of damage or printing defects.
To cancel an order before printing begins, contact us at team@sacredsoulhealth.net within 24 hours of placing your order. After printing begins, the order can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or defective prints will be replaced at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Gift Sets and Bundles
Refund terms for gift sets and bundles follow the terms of the most restrictive component. For example, a bundle that includes a signed chapbook follows the signed chapbook terms.
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows your package has stopped moving for 10 business days or the carrier marks it as lost, contact us at team@sacredsoulhealth.net and we will work with you on a reshipment or refund based on what the carrier confirms.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued according to the product-specific terms above. Subjective preference or change of mind does not qualify for a refund outside the return windows listed.
Chargebacks
We work in good faith and ask the same of those who shop with us. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, please contact us at team@sacredsoulhealth.net before initiating a chargeback so we can make it right. We respond within 3 business days.
